Payment Policy
At Seven Corners Dental Care, our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.Payments are required at the time of service. This includes deductibles, co-payments, and pending balances. We understand it is not always possible to pay for dental treatments in full. You may set up an Equal Payment Plan, where payments are equally distributed based on the number of visits your treatment will require. You may also set up an automatic payment plan with your credit card on a Bi-weekly or Monthly basis.

Insurance
As a courtesy, we will submit dental claims on your behalf to your insurance company. We do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you do. Insurance estimates and pre-authorization payments cannot be guaranteed. Ultimately it is your responsibility for the claim payment. Most PPO Dental Plans are accepted. We do not participate wit Medicare, Medicaid, or HMOs. To facilitate verification of benefits, patients are asked to provider is with your insurance information prior to your appointment date.We work for the patient, not the insurance company. We never recommend treatment based on what an insurance company will or will not pay.
